• Design and development of intuitive, user-friendly user interfaces for individual software solutions
• Creation of UI designs based on well-founded UX research methods, taking into account user needs and business requirements
• Conducting usability tests, analyzing user feedback and deriving concrete optimization measures to increase user acceptance
• Ensuring a consistently user-centered approach in all phases of product development
• Advising development teams on the optimization of design processes and active participation in cross-functional teams
• Responsibility for process and product quality, including initiating and supporting escalation processes as needed

• Several years of professional experience in the field of UX/UI design, ideally in agile software development projects
• Solid knowledge of UX research methods, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing
• Strong sense of design, user needs and technical feasibility
• Confident handling of common design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar)
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and the ability to communicate design decisions convincingly
• High quality awareness and knowledge of methods to ensure process and product quality
• Experience with agile working methods and active participation in agile rituals and continuous improvement processes
• Strong communication skills, enjoyment of knowledge sharing and professional coaching of colleagues
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as active participation in innovation processes and further development of standards
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
