Tasks
Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various departments, ensuring consistency, traceability, and feasibility for existing applications within project work
Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate the alignment process with internal and external stakeholders to establish a shared understanding of requirements
Committee Work: Participate in committee meetings and document decisions regarding the approval and evaluation of change requests
Quality Assurance: Review requirements for completeness, plausibility, and goal orientation, and provide methodological guidance to business units for structured description of their needs
Method Application: Apply common methods and standards (e.g., BPMN) and demonstrate experience in formulating user stories for structured requirements gathering and modeling
Tool-Based Documentation: Maintain requirements in Codebeamer and/or Jira, ensuring seamless traceability throughout the entire processing cycle
Knowledge Management: Actively contribute to the professional development of requirements management, support the establishment of standards, and share best practices within the team
Interface to Project Portfolio Management: Provide support to project portfolio management as needed, particularly in evaluating project ideas and monitoring project budgets in close coordination with requirements management
Profile
Successfully completed degree in economics, business administration, or business informatics, along with proven professional experience in a comparable position
Strong communication skills, excellent documentation ability, and pronounced team orientation
Highly structured, independent, and goal- and results-oriented working style
Flexible and solution-oriented approach to challenges, combined with a pragmatic and creative mindset to achieve objectives
Confident and proficient use of MS Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Solid expertise in using Codebeamer and Jira
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
