• End-to-end responsibility for complex testing and quality assurance services in traditional
  project setups and managed service models
• Establishment, management, and continuous development of managed testing and QA services
• Ensuring stable, scalable delivery structures across multiple customers and engagements
• Responsibility for the quality, costs, and performance of testing and QA services
• Definition, implementation, and management of SLAs, KPIs, and governance structures
• Long-term, predictable delivery responsibility in stable customer relationships
• Operational and strategic management of test and QA services within the QA & Test business line
• Continuous optimization of services in terms of efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Positioning of test & QA as sustainable added value for our customers

• 8-10+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance, including several years in a managerial
  delivery or service role
• In-depth knowledge of classic and agile testing approaches (e.g., ISTQB, TMMi, SAFe, Scrum,
  DevOps)
• Experience with test automation, common test management tools, and CI/CD environments
• Proven experience in operating and managing managed services
• Confident handling of SLA and KPI tracking, service reviews, and continual service improvement
• Responsibility for budget, margins, and resource planning
• Experience in managing complex multi-team setups (onsite, nearshore, offshore)
• Confident stakeholder management at management and purchasing level
• Project experience in automotive, public sector, or financial services
• Understanding of regulatory, normative, and quality-related requirements
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and excellent communication and leadership skills
• Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel within the scope of the project
