• Assumption of overall responsibility for the management and further development of testing and quality assurance services in complex project and managed services environments
• Establishment, management, and coordination of international testing organizations with onsite, nearshore, and offshore components, including technical management of in-house and customer teams
• Service governance for testing and QA services: definition, management, and monitoring of KPIs, reporting at project and management level, and continuous service and quality optimization
• Responsibility for managed testing services, including resource, budget, and performance management
• Design and further development of modern QA and testing strategies, in particular framework-based test automation
• Evaluation and deployment of innovative technologies such as AI and agentic AI solutions to increase efficiency, automation, and quality
• Active interface function between IT, specialist departments, operations, and management on the customer and supplier side
• Early involvement in project, customer, and delivery management, including support during the proposal, transition, and ramp-up phases
• Gradual assumption of expanded coordination and management tasks in an international delivery context as a targeted development path toward becoming a delivery manager
• Collaboration on the further development of delivery models, processes, and best practices in agile and hybrid Environments

• Several years of experience in test and QA management
• Leadership experience in managing your own and customer test teams, ideally in nearshore and offshore setups
• In-depth knowledge of agile testing approaches and experience in hybrid project and managed service models
  Knowledge of classic and agile testing methods (ISTQB, TMMi, SAFe, Scrum, DevOps) and experience with test automation, test management tools, and CI/CD environments
• Experience with various test automation strategies and AI-supported test procedures
• Confident stakeholder management up to senior management and decision-maker level
• Project experience in automotive, public sector, or banking & finance
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
