• Overall responsibility for the QA, testing, and AI-supported quality engineering service portfolio, including technical, organizational, and strategic management
• Further development, standardization, and scaling of quality engineering, testing, and QA services across various industries, technologies, and delivery models, particularly in the context of managed services
• Design, industrialization, and market placement of existing and new QA and testing services, including innovative AI-supported approaches
• Direct management responsibility for subject matter experts and solution architects, including technical management, targeted further development, and strategic capacity planning
• Ensuring technical excellence, technological innovation, and consistent, scalable service architectures
• Positioning quality engineering as strategic added value for customers and the organization
• Close collaboration with account management, delivery management, and senior managementfor the strategic development of customer engagements and service portfolios
• Active involvement in shaping the portfolio and service strategy in the area of quality engineering & QA

• Several years (8+) of experience in testing, QA, or quality engineering, including several years in a leadership role with technical, organizational, or strategic responsibility
• Very solid understanding of modern testing and quality engineering approaches in agile, hybrid, and classic delivery models
• Experience in leading expert organizations (e.g., subject matter experts, solution architects) and in building high-performance QA and testing communities
• Strategic experience in building, scaling, and operating QA and testing service portfolios, ideally in a managed services environment
• Proven expertise in test automation and in the use of modern QA toolchains and AI/agentic AI approaches in quality engineering
• Strong management and leadership skills in international delivery setups (onsite, nearshore, offshore)
• Ability to combine technical excellence, technological innovation, and economic control (budget, margins, capacities)
• Confident manner and excellent communication skills with customers, senior management, and decision-makers
• Excellent German and English skills and willingness to travel within the scope of the Project
