Tasks
Analyzing the social and business requirements of our clients
Contributing to the development of strategic visions and operational roadmaps
Advising business departments on the integration of business strategy with technology
Scouting new industry and technology trends and developing industry-specific consulting approaches
Developing proposals and supporting the acquisition of existing and new clients
Conducting workshops with business departments for requirements and process analysis
Creating use cases, user stories, process models (e.g., BPMN), and functional specifications
Analyzing and structuring business processes, system landscapes, and requirements
Supporting the definition and prioritization of requirements in agile teams (Product Backlog, Refinements, etc.)
Close collaboration with IT architects, project managers, and developers to ensure implementation
Supporting tests, acceptances, and rollouts, including documentation and support
Profile
Completed university degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a natural science or economics degree program
Experience and knowledge in the key areas of digital transformation, requirements management, software engineering, and IT architecture standards are desirable
Practical experience in various frameworks, methods, and IT tools such as Business Capabilities, TOGAF, Abacus, and SAFe
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ideally also with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN tools, or similar
Ideally, an understanding of complex product and system landscapes
Enthusiasm for combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and operational implementation
Strong communication skills, a structured approach, and teamwork ability
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
