• Supporting holistic delivery management in the area of testing and quality assurance
• Assisting with the planning, coordination, and management of complex testing and QA services
  in traditional project setups and managed service models
• Working closely with senior delivery managers to implement customer and project requirements
• Supporting service governance issues and compliance with quality, performance, and delivery targets
• Collaborating on resource planning and control in the testing and QA environment
• Contributing to the establishment and expansion of customer relationships within the scope of delivery responsibility
• Continuously developing expertise in the areas of delivery management, test management, and quality assurance

• At least five years of professional experience in testing and quality assurance, including several years in roles with test management responsibility or comparable tasks
• In-depth knowledge of classic and agile testing approaches as well as common standards and frameworks (e.g., ISTQB, TMMi, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps)
• Experience in the use of test automation, test management tools, and CI/CD environments
  Experience in coordinating complex project or service setups
• Basic understanding of delivery and service models, ideally in a managed services environment
• Experience in working with nearshore and offshore teams
• Confident and professional manner and strong communication skills with customers, project managers, and management
• Willingness to develop professionally in the direction of delivery and service responsibility
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
