• Technical leadership role as Special Matter Expert (SME) Quality Engineering within a global QA & test community
• Advising customers and delivery organizations with in-depth technical expertise and strategic QA and testing skills
• Conceptualization, design, industrialization, and handover of scalable, sustainable QA and testing solutions into stable operation, often in the context of managed services
• Design, piloting, and further development of QA services, architectures, and portfolios
• Collaboration in long-term customer engagements with advisory, conceptual, and technical leadership responsibility
• Technical influence on service, tool, and architecture decisions with high visibility
• Complementing classic delivery and management roles with technical and methodological leadership skills as part of a clearly positioned expert career path

• Several years of experience in testing, QA, or quality engineering
• Deep technical expertise in at least one clear focus area in testing & QA, e.g.:
  • Test automation & QA toolchains (cross-framework and cross-technology, standardization, CI/CD integration, managed services)
  • AI / Agentic AI in quality engineering (design, integration, tool selection, and transition of pilot approaches into scalable QA services)
  • Agile QA & transformation (transformation of classic QA models, development of agile QA concepts, coaching of teams and stakeholders)
  • SAP Quality Engineering / Business Assurance (QA in SAP landscapes, SAP tooling, validation of complex programs such as S/4HANA transformations)
• Ability to design sustainable QA strategies, standardize them, and translate them into scalable services
• Experience in advising customers and internal stakeholders, as well as in clearly
  presenting complex technical issues
• Good understanding of delivery, project, and managed services models
• Willingness to actively help shape standards, best practices, and professional communities
• Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel within the scope of the project
